Traveling for work - lazy with eating - days do not have routine schedules and being on the go makes it difficult to make good choices.
I have made many many bad choices the last two days. Being out of the country makes it more difficult to find caloric information for foods consumed.
The days have been a bit less sedentary due to non-desk work.
