I wore a pedometer today because every MWF I have three classes and 8 hours of work, and I walk everywhere so I walk to school and then to work and usually get a ride home since it's late.
Turns out I walked 20,974 steps today. 8,486 of them are "aerobic" which amounted to 71 minutes of aerobic walking. I walked 9.59 miles total today.
And this is the same schedule every MWF. No wonder I got shin splints during the first week of school, and no wonder I've been losing weight so easily.
