I did Wii fit again getting better on the balancing, running on a yoga mat does cushion my feet. I will continue on.

Yeah having a yoga mat has really saved me from my hardwood floors while on the Wii Fit ^^

I love my Wii Fit Plus too. I try to work out on it everyday....and yeah yoga mat sounds good....need to get it :)

Awesome! I need to get myself Wii as well. Wii Fit has looked appealing to me for some time now. I never thought about running on a yoga mat! Great idea! I think I will steal that method. =)

I just got Wii Fit Plus and a Yoga mat last night...love it too! I like that you can switch over and watch tv while you run...and still hear the trainer through the remote!

I would recommend getting it.. beats having to go to a gym also it has a buddy workout go for it!
