Yesterday was a good day overall. I think I ate a little extra but it wasn't anything bad.

I worked out for 35 mins..speed walking for 15 mins and then 20 mins of Tabata training running on the treadmill. Then, I did about 15 of free weights on my arms.

Today, I will alternate between speed walking and running to try to get my heart rate up again!!
