I actually brought the treadmill! Yay!! It took my hubby and I about an hour to put it together. But at 11:15pm last night I did 30 mins, alternating speed walking and running.

Can't wait to go home and jump on it again!! I'm actually excited about losing weight. Am I finally motivated enough to succeed? We'll see in a month!! :)
