weight went up to 120.0 yesterday...muscle/water? anyway back to 119.8...Christams in 10 days: need to lose at least 4.8lbs...2.4 in 5 days...coooome oon
54.3 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
