reeeally was hopin to see 124 today, but feeling pretty good after a week of strict diet of veggies, fruit, scallops and eggs. oh and BLACK coffee, bleck. Did 10m trainer 3-6 times a day so lookin TONED!

Going to start watching fat too, this 10m trainer is building muscle but the right amount cuz i can customize it...i want to be in 124 at least for the beach tomorrow and Sunday so going to add another workout session tonight & perfect diet today!!
