So I've changed gears and am now going to start saving up to join a group class with a personal trainer. Better than saving up to buy a video game or something else.
Going to have a training session on Thursday to get a feel for this woman's style and then decide from there where to go. Then figure out a way to rework my budget so I can save up the money on the side. If things go well then may be able to start this in January and reach a goal by like end of Feb or some time in March. And then with the extra push to get myself set in a pattern/schedule of working out I'd be able to maintain it on my own.
Will be great if I can do this since she has foot pain of her own and understands the limitations I am stuck with also and thus would be able to help me form a workout that would benefit me the most without aggravating my disability.
