Saya makan sesuai dgn yang dicantumin fatsecret sy. asal setengah dr Akg aja sedikit kurangi minyakl n manis2 cz masih doyan icip2 hehe..
paling tambahannya saya zumba seminggu 2-3x durasi sekitar 1 jam, minum diusahain 3 liter/hr. Banyakin gerak aja hrs semangat bergerak :)
