I think this website is helping me a lot not to overeat. I had tried to keep my food journal before but I never did more than a few days. The online version is much better.
I love going to the gym. I could spend my whole days there. It is difficult though due to the fact I do not have my own car and the only time I can go is where my husband is home. He is not making things easier. It is very difficult for me to get him go to the gym with me. And believe me he needs to. He sits all day at school and work, and after he comes back home he sits some more playing computer games. He used to be fit, he's not anymore and it worries me. Enough about him.
I have always been chubby. Guess that's the result of living with my grandma and parents in one house. Double lunches and dinners. No need to say more. I have always been active, went to a sports profile schools all my life but the amount of calories I used to intake were ridiculous. I was fit and fat.
It has started changing in college when I became more conscious of what and how much I eat. But my weight never really went significantly down. I started going to aerobics after I had to stop playing volleyball due to multiple knee sprains. Excess sports had its toll on me. But I will never stop. After I started exercising again my weight dropped noticeably. TBC
