I think it is time for a new approach, I have tried calorie counting and meal logging,room, and give up after a while. I think that's inspired by a recent post, I will focus on intermittent fasting for a while and reduce my portion sizes.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 19.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

It is also worth speaking with a doctor if you didn't already—if you are trying many things and being strict without results, there can be a medical cause. Otherwise, a doctor can also help with planning a new approach. Wishing you the best!
