晨,體脂28.2%,內臟脂肪2

🌱HIIT*2組=30 分鐘,抬腳20下*2組,半身伏地挺身50下,凱格爾運動3組,棒式1分鐘。

今天開始腹肌痠痛無力,抬腳只能ㄍㄧㄥˉ2組了⋯

吃壽司郎補充一下蛋白質,不過碳水也很高啊🫣
