Well it's not 10 so thats a plus kind of and im pretty sure its coming up to TOM time so there could be some bloating- listen to me making excuses!

It's pretty disappointing really but life goes on and I'm not going to let this get me down. I really understand why some of you American girls (and guys) struggle sometimes. everything seems to have sugar in and everything is like 10x cheaper than i have experienced even your bread seemed somehow sweeter to me.

Because of how heavy i have been feeling recently i am planning on doing a couple of weeks on a high protein/ low carb diet. just because carbs make me so bloated and my IBS sometimes get worse. because I'm a veggie this could be hard for me so i have stocked up with fruit (not stupid enough to cut out all carbs :P) I have quinoa which i figure is high in protein and a good substitute for rice etc and then a lot of quorn which is very high in protein but low in fat. I'm also going to eat a ton of salads. I'm not planning for this to be a permenant change just a short one or two week thing to give my body a well deserved break.

America was amazing though I had such a great time and saw so many amazing things! (pics on facebook soon!)

The only dissapointing thing is seeing some of the photos and realising I'm bigger than i imagine it's hard to see them because i was having fun but now i just remember the biggness!

I shall post some pictures later when i can remember my photobucket login ;)

Oh and school starts on monday which means muchos cleaning this weekend to get my room ready!

A gain is to be expected on holiday. It wouldn't be a vacation if you were stressing about food the entire time. The good thing about quick gains is that they usually come off just as quick. Good luck on your new diet and getting back on track.

I am very happy that you had a good time in the states. Oh yes, the land of sugar and cheapness. lol. Don't worry about photos. Remember, you are taking a 3d figure and making it 2d. I am glad you are looking to cut out foods that bother your IBS. Do you have a list of foods that trigger it? That may be something to look into. I have been cutting down on my calories and fat grams this week. I must say, it's helped A LOT with mine. Hope you have a great weekend, and YAY for school starting! :)

Yes Divided is right. Gains are usually expected while on vacation. And plus in America we DRIVE everywhere, so that doesn't help. And you're right about the sugar content in everything. It's sad! You'll get back down, don't worry. And don't think of everything in terms of how you looked in the pictures. Remember the good times!

@divided Thank You :) @charlotteshoes i don't have a list i have a mental one which i add to but i don't write it down because it can change all of a sudden. i did eat a bag of nuts today and then find out it was about 350 calories and almost faint today not good :/ @FPL you do drive everywhere i found that very strange. I shall try and just enjoy the memories and avoid the pictures :P
