Down 21 lbs since I changed the way I look at food on September 12th. Lost 10.25" in total which includes a gain of 1" on my forearm and 0.5" on my bicep. Weight is one measurement but so is the tale of the tape...
Sometimes we can get caught up in our weight and frustrated if we do not feel it is coming off fast enough and/or not at all but the true measure of how we're doing is found in the tape measure...muscle is denser than fat and it is possible to add a few pounds or stall on the weight loss due to the addition of muscle...and if you add muscle you are revving up your metabolism.
