Down 19lbs since I started this new life of smaller portions, counting calories, etc. Amazingly enough I do not really find myself feeling hungry at all and the only cravings I am having are for salt. I need to get myself a better scale though for my weigh in..the current one I use is not very stable and my weight can shift several pounds depending on how I stand on it.
Any suggestions for a great bathroom scale would be appreciated.
