So proud of myself and being consistent. I row every Monday since the end of Oct haven't missed a Monday. My eating is pretty much healthy. My next goal is to become consistent at the gym at least 2 days a week. This has been my biggest struggle. I can do a class but actually going to the gym and working out is still a mental block. I am really working to change my mental with this lifestyle change. I have worked hard so far on on the mental aspect of being healthy. I will get there this is not a sprint but a marathon.
