Just got back to it. Spring break and almost a month and a half of just being off track. Happy to say I only gained 6.5lbs. But glad to see 3lbs of it gone so quickly. The crazy part is even tho I gained. My eating habits wasn't nowhere near what they was before I started this journey in October.

A month or so off, gained some weight back but its ok because I'm going even harder this time around. Didn't completely go off track but I wasn't consuming water like I should and stop IF.

Haven't been really focused but the good news I haven't gained any weight. So back on track this week!!!

Made it through the holidays with 2 weeks off work and still lost so far 2lbs. I didn't eat healthy everyday, had a lot of drinks too. Was struggling with how much damage I done but decided to hop on the scale Tuesday and see I lost a pound even through all of that. I'm so happy that I keep going. Learning to make this a lifestyle change has been amazing. So excited for what January has in store for me!!!
