Hey there. I was getting uneasy because I weigh myself every morning, and the number was rising, but I did not change my diet and added more exercise. I was like "nooooooooooooooo!" But then I realized that I must have been adding muscle tissue, and I am now finally getting rid of this disgusting fatty tisue! Hooray!

Just remember, you didnt gain it overnight, you wont lose it overnight... if you would like, try weighing in once a week. You will be less stressed that way. All the best.

You are absolutely right! I guess it is just habit to do it after I get up and moving around before I head off to work. Thanks for the comment.

It takes a while to build actual muscle (especially for women). It is most likely your muscles retaining water from working out (they get little tears in them and you feel soreness from a build up of lactic acid). It is temporary and goes away when your muscles get used to the exercise. Drink some extra water.
