It has been a long time since I have logged into this site, but I have been consistent in my exercise, and I have been doing very well. I still feel most awesome during the days and nights, of course, except for those times of being sore, but that is to be expected. I guess you could say that I am on another plateau, but that is alright because that goes away on weeks on run, which I am increasing as we speak. I am good, for the most part, on what I eat, but at the same time, I do not care, so to speak, about what it is either for that is why I am working out as much as I do, so I may eat what I want when I want it. This part is incredible as for now I am eating at least six times a day, so on a normal day, I will usually intake close to 3500 calories, at least. Things are good, and I wish the best of success to everyone on here! Cheers

It has been a long time since even my last login to this site, but I finally got back on. I still have been very active. I went from 230 and 26% body fat from start to now 213 and 18% body fat. I am also celebrating this week for I just finished my 12th week of workouts. Here is to the end of the year, may we all go out with a big bang!

Good morning FS Journal and fellow readers. I first must say that my thighs are killing me; they are so sore! A new thing started this past Tuesday: I had so much more energy after this FitCamp I am participating in that I went on to the YMCA where I also workout and ran on the elliptical for 35 minutes. I did it again yesterday after a spinning class, and I think I will continue this, so long as the energy remains. Looking forward to this weekend to relax, plus, it is the Greek Food Festival, and I love some gyros, spanikopita, and, of course, Ouzo!
There is a FitCamp training tonight, so we will see how it fairs out afterwards as to if I am going to the YMCA.
