Had little slip ups this past week. Lost my willpower and had a burger and fries one night after already having dinner and such else.
Although am now trying to rethink the diet a little to monitor not only calories but carbs as well.

All sorts of confused with this dieting stuff since supposedly the calorie deficit thing is bogus and it is carbs that matter and blah blah blah. So much controversy and back and forth over these things, what a headache. Just going to monitor my intake of both and call it a day.
56.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
