Today I celebrate still sticking to this new lifestyle all while living life. 19.5 lbs down in 5 weeks or so. Overall just sticking to it and not folding everytime something don't go right. I want to amp up my workout, but I still gotta figure that part out.
161.3 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 25.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 7.9 kg a Week

Congratulations!! Personally, I think it's worth it to take your time focusing on the food part, really nailing it, and then add exercise.
