A Cooper's Journal, 14 Sep 09

I have 11 weeks and 5 days left, before my year end concert and my goal is to lose at least 5.9Kg. Looking at what I ate last week, I'm not going to achieve it. Let's see if I can do better this week. Eat less, excersise more. At the end of this week I would like to weigh 79KG.
