Following this rather restrictive diet of mine where I only have 3-4oz of meat with like 2 cups of some veggies and one fruit for lunch and then repeat for dinner but vary the meat, veggies, and fruits so it's not the same thing twice in a day.

Ugh this is really hard to do though. All of my cravings are back and slapping me in the face.
I want fries, I want sushi, I want a burger, I want a big juicy steak!
Oh lordy lordy. I'm hoping I'm not limiting myself to too few calories since that will only be counter productive.

Man what I wouldn't do for some sushi right now.

Anyway, once the weight goal has been reached and a good workout regime has been decided upon then I will gradually start lifting this restriction of mine. That way I will be able to enjoy some of the things I used to again but of course, in moderation.
Oh willpower, if there were ever a time for you to be tested, now is it for sure.

Debating on doing DDR, Zumba, or P90 for my workout regime along with going to the pool every day or every other day. Need to invest in some more sunblock...
Also need to start riding my bike again so that way it isn't sitting in my apartment like some ugly decoration. Although I do need to find and purchase a smaller one that would fit me better... This one is too tall >.<
Or I'll sell this one and get a recumbent bike... Not sure. How the hell would you hook one of those to bike racks lol.
