Even though I have lost 7 lbs on the weight watchers diet, and I am back to 218 lbs, my body doesn't "look the same" as when I did about a month ago at 218 lbs. doing the low calorie, whole foods diet. I am thinking that weight watchers is not for me, because my body doesn't like processed foods. I lose different. I am doing the "bigges loser" diet, which to me isn't a diet, it's a way of eating healthy for a lifetime.

You can eat totally clean and natural on WW. In fact they encourage you in that direction. It's all in what a person chooses to eat. The biggest loser is a good plan too. Do whatever you feel comfortable. Good luck!
