My willpower to maintain recording and maintain well.. everything seems to be very poor. Although outside stress doesn't help.

Back on track for now, going to try and do this one all the way to the end this time. Tired of looking in the mirror and being unhappy.

Arm: 10.5
Waist: 29.5
Thigh: 21.5

Will be uploading a new picture some time today also.
58.1 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
