Mukbang, ini cara gue diet..yess lu gak salah..gue diet dgn cara makan apapun yg gue mau tapi harus seimbang dengan olahraga gue. Misal hari ini gue mukbang smyang 2 bungkus tapi nanti gue ngegym 3 jam trs latihan dance 2 jam.
