And if you are already doing it then try to go for OMAD (one meal a day) for few day in a week.

OMAD is next to impossible for me as I have to take medicines 3 times a day.. I did try IF and I felt it helped me.. However I suffer from hyper acidity and I feel my inners burn when I don't eat something for long. I can asure you that I eat clean and dont include junk or sugar in my diet. I am so stuck.

Keep your calorie intake within 1400kcal (in case you are consuming more than that). Take 2 servings of whole fruits only, Take apple cider vinegar half an hour before your meals. To help you further, I would require to know your age, height and health issues.

I am a pure vegetarian and a South Indian. I don't eat these besan ka chilla kind of food because it's not my staple and I won't continue eating it for more then 2 days. I exercise very little maybe for 20 mins because my health doesn't permit me to do more. navya.sprsad@gmail.com

you should check your maintenance calories on calories calculator and than reduce the calories by 300-500 and gradually get fitter. eat low calorie foods like fruits,vegetables,poha,
Berry's and you can try Greek yogurt you would like it. as you have spinal problem don't weightlift
that's it.
