so im not sure why its sayin that i lose 12pounds lol. i didnt. i lost 5 pounds and of course i gained it back since i havent been working out consistently becuase of my schoool. anyway i got a new heart rate monitor. i also bought a bike. and i have a new goal--i want to start jogging. i cant jog or run cause of my exercise induced asthma.so i wanna work my way up slowly...and im getting a new inhaler to help with the breathing lol.

other than that, i am completely broke. i cannot afford to eat out nemore. i have been eating at home all this week. not only am i saving A LOT of money, im not feeling the need to unnecessarily eat. Last night i had my mom bring home some frozen cheese pizza. I added a load of veggies and herbs and the pizza tasted as good as CPK! I have been eating a lot of fruits every day. those are healthy calories and i am always satisfied.

The hardest part is to let go of sweets. I always crave chocolate. the other day i had a dove bar--260 calories. last night i had 2 cookies. JUST TWO. but calories had to have been around 220ish. Anyways, I have been to the gym this weeek. Twice so far. I think i may go tonight.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
