Been eating a ton of fruits lately! I cant thank my mom enough because i probably wouldnt pack myself my own fruits since im too lazy... That just sounds pathetic. I also have been working out this week. Earlier this week, I rode my bike. Went to the gym once so far lol (but it was a KILLER workout). Went for a walk. Plus i have cut down my calorie intake so thats helping a lot.

I dont have a blackberry or an iphone so i cant constanly get online to log what i have eaten. SO...i bought a small little notebook. its the size of an index card and its PERFECT. cheap and perfect! So far so good. I cant believe how much of a difference it makes to jot down everything u eat. I am also jotting down the time im eating because i wanna try to eat around the same time each day.

At night i drink a cup of tea because at night is when i crave salty and sweet food the most!

Instead of grabbing tabloids and gossip mags, i have been OBSESSED with great health magazines. They keep me so motivated and i feel so positive--rather than lookin at celebrities and how gorgeous their bodies are, or how thin the models are in Vogue. If anything, that brings me down since i still am sporting a gut and have cellulite. I like the positive stories, AWESOME recipes, workout routine examples, and bits of beauty advice. some of my favorite magazines lately: Shape, Health, All You (at walmart), Womens Health, and Fitness. Love love love these magazines! i definitely recommend em to people that need support, motivation and the push someone needs.

Tomorrow is my weigh in. I hope i made progress this week!
