Ok All.... I don't really know where to start. I feel like I am doing everything right but the weight just keeps packing on. I gained 2 lbs this week. I went to the dr and all she had to say about it was "Keep trying!" Thats it? Keep Trying. I have been trying and lbs arent going away. She uped my calories 2 weeks ago and then just downed them again (thank goodness). I couldn't eat as many calories as she wanted me to. I had no idea how much food it took to reach 1500 calories. Anyway I am back down to 1200. Working out has been very steady. I am required by the dr to do interval cardio 4 times a week. I am dooing that and some strength training the other 2 days on my own. I have joined a gym, leaving p90x at home. The gym is nice. It is really good to see other women working as hard as I am. Maybe today is just a bad day... Maybe I will feel beter after my workout this afternoon. I have a personal training session at the gym.

It sounds like you are doing a great job on the exercise side and your attitude sounds positive. I was surprised at the number of carbs I was consuming. and by watching them I am looking for more success.

I'm a carb-o-holic too and really have to watch it. I have found a few swaps that seem to be working. I agree that I do much better at the gym. I feel horrible that there is a 1200.00 eliptical sitting in my bedroom that barely gets touched but being out of the house without the kids and thoughts of everythignI should be doing gets me a much better workout. I've had a bad couple of weeks and really need to get back on track. Although I dropped some weight I'm afraid it may come back since I'm not sure why it's gone. Must have been the diet... Well keep at it, it will come!
