I freakin hate that we have lunch delivered here at my office! I just ate 100s of cals of PICK UP STIX of all things!

I freakin hate it. I can smell the 'bad for you' food and then I say to myself "I will just eat some rice and veggies" but even that is packed with salt and MSG and FAT and, and, ARRRRRRR!

OK, slow down. Maybe you should come up with a different strategy. This sort of food is going to be around even when you make goal, so maybe a change in thinking may be in order. It's not so much that it is bad for you, maybe you just choose not to have it? Sometimes you have to play jedi mind tricks on yourself to manipulate how you see food.
