Ya entré a la fase de papillas, me toca queso cottage y crema de cacahuate, en total son 100 gr pero no me los termino, me lleno con la mitad☺️

buenas tardes amiga excelente combinación te recomiendo le pongas canela polvo un poco de vainilla líquida y si tienes una toma de proteína me encanta esa combinación y excente los macros altos en proteína grasas. saludos
