New goal:
lose 6 lbs a wk over the next eight weeks so I can weigh 200 or less for my Hawaii vacation. 55 day to make this goal.
I am going to train or box or bike EVERY day (uh) and do calorie shifting, this new thing that I just read about and have never tried before. If that eating plan does not work I am going to go vegan.
They say you need to say it before you'll do it... I hope typing it works too!
