Already starting off on a terrible foot. Didn't sleep at all Saturday night so was going off 24hrs of being awake, then couldn't sleep last night. Fell asleep early this morning and I am now getting up way in the afternoon. Ugh.
This is throwing off my planned daily schedule so severely. Missed my workout time, my breakfast time, everything.... Oh well. I have nothing to do today I'll just do those things now quick fast and in a hurry... Except breakfast... I have no food in my place until the first.
Need to find some way to help me sleep at nights
