finaly found a diet, to me its simple, i can eat pretty much what i want in moderation. I want to lose a big significant amount of weight by november 21st , it will be 2 years since my brother pasted away.

I think that's the only way to go! Finding the balance of moderation is the hardest part, though. Completely cutting things out just makes you hate dieting, though. Make sure you're taking vitamins, too. It helps your body to be a powerhouse fat burning machine! Good luck, pretty lady. I'm on the same road. :)

I'm just counting calories as well - but the one issue is resolve - it is great if you're the kind who can eat one or two cookies, one piece of candy, but if you're like me it is hard to stop! Good luck! Sorry to hear about your brother - 11/21 is the date he died?
