Thank you for the Birthday wishes. It has been an amazing week, I did my first hike in a year considering I physically improving from my back surgery went to a waterfall in the Cherokee Reservation in North Carolina about 1.5 Hrs from the Smoky Mtns. What a great experience. Can't wait until I am physically at ease with the hikes. Have been really healthy staying under 2000 cal avg. I feel better but do not know how much I have lost in my 2 weeks being here. One more week before I go back and I am enjoying the views, Meditate and connect.
