Haven't weighed in in a while.

Saturday has come and gone and that means I have finally moved. My stress level is not nearly as high as it was originally and now I have a fridge to myself that I can control what goes into it ^^.
Also Once unpacking is completed I'll have plenty of living room space to do my workout since my computer is no longer in the bedroom. Gotta practice good sleep hygiene after all!
That is really difficult to do. So used to just laying around in bed using the computer with my wireless keyboard/mouse. Oh well, sometimes the awesomely comfy stuff isn't all that great for ya.

Anyway, once things settle am going to start buying items from the farmers markets instead. Definitely want things that are fresh and truly organic. Also don't want to support the big food tyrant corporations lol. (Yeah that means no McDonald's for me, which I am okay with. Had it after not eating it for a while and omg that stuff is nasty now. Easy to turn it down from that. The movie Food Inc kinda helped too lol)

Alright, now to the numbers. I think this is the lowest I've reached with my weight so far. A definitely confidence booster here. Once I start up my exercise again when my living room is cleared of boxes and junk the numbers will start falling again and it will be awesome!
Yay me.
Don't think my measurements are dropping yet though. No biggie.. It will happen soon enough. I got my sea salt to clean my belly piercing so going ot start swimming again. Gonna be doing bike riding, and also my home exercise. I am also gonna start using the tracker here again. I can't wait! (Oh but I'm gonna be sooooo sore at first, not looking forward to that lol)

Good stuff buddy. Buying fresh & natural foods is always a plus in keeping a healthy lifestyle. So many products from food companies are advertised to be healthy but they are not. Just a marketing/profit strategy. Congrats on the move also. Take care!
