Doing well maintaining my goal weight. Foot surgery tomorrow which will be non weight bearing for up to 8 weeks. Worried about maintaining with limited activity. This is my baseline measurement for this next experiment. Let’s see what happens.

The immediate need is for following through with the nutritional element of your WOE. You need that for healing. You will need to keep your calorie intake under control, that is a given. It’s hard to control mindless, bored eating when your activities are restricted. At least you can work with exercise bands, weights at home — it all helps. Best of luck — it’s just mind over matter and you can do it.
