I have lost 7 pounds. I last summer I weighted 144 and dropped to 136 but gained it all back up to 147 lbs. Now I've been calorie counting and its seems to be working. I don't have time to exercise at all. And this is no excuse. Finals are approaching and from 6 am to 12 I am studying or working with my research, so calorie counting is my only option. I have been eating lots of fruits too. My biggest temptation is ice cream and to eat something high calorie and greasy at the end of a shitty stressful day. Well, this no more! More power to me.
