Today's long run was tough for a couple of reasons: I didn't have anyone to run 10 miles (9.29 actually, but who's counting???)with :( Then it got hot and humid during the run because I can't run in the dark by myself and then I was just plain unmotivated! It took me a little longer than usual, but I got it done!!! I'm glad my race is next Sunday. I would like to take a break from training for long distance running for awhile.
