Have been trying to monitor what I eat even closer than normal. It is getting difficult and stressful for me. Also slowly becoming more consistent with working out. Going to build up a schedule to follow for it so I don't get burned out too easily. Still considering doing the 'subway diet' route to make things a little bit easier to follow and keep track of. Very glad I have dropped some weight and am now lower than where I started. Need to keep this up.
Had started taking measurements to go along with the weight and stuff a few weeks ago and haven't been putting them on here so I might as well start now.
