Stressing out...

Trying to follow this calorie conscious diet is getting difficult. The things to eat I'm either not interested in, don't think they taste good, or don't fill me up for long.
Spending all day thinking of food because you are hungry doesn't help anyone be in a good mood or not stuff their face.

The microwave meals taste terrible and arent filling, small portions and healthy snacks hasn't taken hold because I've lost the point where a snack is a snack and not a meal.. I will just keep eating before I realize it. Thought to try the meal in a bag things since they were quick and easy and pairing with a salad wouldn't be so bad but they don't fill me up for very long.

Thinking of the whole "subway diet" where, although effective, the weight loss is actually just a result of eating fewer calories and has little to do with the actual food consumed. But the convenience is nice I guess. Knowing that I can have the sandwich and not feel bad about eating it, along with some other things to fill in the missing nutrition of course...
That and the fact that I can actually have a 6inch sub on wheat with a diet soda or water and not be hungry for longer than when I make my own meals is pretty appealing.
The turn off... Were I to try this idea it would be approximately 434$ a month since its a low fat 6inch for lunch and a low fat foot-long for dinner (coupled with cereal for breakfast).
Granted I spend about 200$ on groceries as it is so I'd be spending less on groceries and stocking up basically on water (tap water here tastes horrendous), fruits, veggies, and breakfast items for the most part but that is still a crazy amount to spend per month on food and I don't know if I can really justify that only for convenience and my own peace of mind...

Between my lousy/crappy eating habits and my slowly increasing activity level I'm not losing anything and every time I think im making progress I find out that im going the opposite direction... (Between my old account that I lost access to somehow and this new one I've done nothing but gain weight. I got down to 133 and thats the lowest I've been able to get to so far and I cant seem to get down again. Every week I find I have gone up again.)
been having salads, measurin gout my portions, making sure i dont eat too often or not often enough, walking around. standing, riding my bike, morning workout... there has to be somethign i am doing wrong...

The exercise itself isn't solidly consistent (and yes that is completely my own fault) but I thought I was doing good on my portion control and frequency and food content. And truthfully one can lose weight (although rather minimal) without exercising by staying low in calories. Not saying I dont want to or dont exercise (I don't exercise enough I know that already) but if my food is being done right why isn't this working with my minimal-could-use-improvement exercise.. Trying to take that part slow and then increase it as I go along cause I cant handle a lot of exercise yet.. Terribly out of shape.

Stressing out. Blah. Had a big dinner... not long ago.. Already hungry again. This is becoming a stupidly annoying cycle and I'm running out of ideas on how to break it.
