I am crashing....I just weighed myself and NO LOSS!!!! I am frustrated and actually angry. I have been working so hard and not getting anywhere. For once I am being completely honest about what I am eating and how much I am moving but still nothing.

What am I doing wrong??? I will not give up as now it is one of those being told you can't situations if you know what I mean. I had wanted to be down 30lbs by August well there is still hope

Don't be so hard on yourself... at least you did not gain... Ask yourself a few questions... how was your salt intake the night before your weigh in? Tis usually effects mine especially if I have something really good in points but high him salt like sushi. Another question, do you have your period? Sometimes that effects weigh ins. Or sometimes it just simply comes off a couple weeks after everthing you've done. Check your thyroid if your no loss continues... Again, don't fret... you'll do it!

Is your diet calendar correct? If so, you might not be eating enough. Many days you are under 1000 on it. Are you following WW? Are you eating your daily points every day (they are the minimum you are supposed to eat)? Are you getting in all HG's (fruits, veggies, dairy, et.)? Do you get in your water (can help flush out sodium)? If you change the plan and eat less points, you are not really on plan. If you are exercising, it's really important to get enough fuel for your body. Make sure you get enough protein and stay away from processed foods (too much sodium). Keep changing things up and experimenting till you find what works. Good luck!

Thanks for both of your comments....people have been saying that I have not been eating enough. I have committed to eating more!! I think that I am going to join weight watchers for real so I can get a better handle on the point thing. I found point calculators on line and I have not been eating enough according to the points Thanks again!!
