man, last week was horrible. i went to the gym maybe 3 times and i just ate crap. i'm pretty sure i've gained the 2.5 lbs and then some back. i'm not gonna weigh myself until tonight though. maybe something will happen today. HAHA it's the start of a new week and time to get back on track. i'll be going to the gym later today and be there for about an hour. then sometime in late afternoon i'll do some power 90. sounds like a plan. :oD
