man, last week was horrible. i went to the gym maybe 3 times and i just ate crap. i'm pretty sure i've gained the 2.5 lbs and then some back. i'm not gonna weigh myself until tonight though. maybe something will happen today. HAHA it's the start of a new week and time to get back on track. i'll be going to the gym later today and be there for about an hour. then sometime in late afternoon i'll do some power 90. sounds like a plan. :oD

the hubs and i have been having problems with our computer since wednesday night. it's weird b/c since i wasn't able to put in all my food and exercise, i've been lacking....alot. i made a cake the other night and ate the whole thing. not in one night, but in the past few days. i had a craving for it and yeah. i feel really gross and am mad at myself for letting that happen. now that our computer is working again, hopefully i'll get back on track and lose some weight before weigh-ins on monday. man oh man! LOL

i am sooo happy that i've lost 2.5lbs already. this is really going to help keep me motivated to stay on track. the hubs and i didn't do anything for easter b/c we don't have any kids. so that was easy for me to stay on the ball. yesterday i went to different fast food web pages to look at their nutritional content. i found out that you can customize what you eat and it'll tell you the calorie content(for instance, i eat my burgers w/ only ketchup, pickels and sometimes mustard...so i was able to take off things like mayo and lettuce). now whenever i crave some fast food, i can look at the carlories i've eaten for the day and look to see what will bring me close to my calorie intake. i haven't had fast food in about a week and a half(record! lol) and hope to go another week and a half. before i went on this diet i was almost always craving something that was bad for me. now it's like, ice cream...what's that. HAHA
