I am really feeling disappointment with myself these days. I hit some bad times and went off diet. This time it is seeming harder to get started back up. I know that if I eat healthier I will feel better whether or not I loose weight. I have big goals and sometimes wonder if I am asking too much of myself too fast. I really don't mind if it takes me awhile to loose the weight, I just want to be healthy and feel good. Looking better is just a bonus. I am only on day three of extreme fat smash and I am getting a cold/flu..... I am not going back to the old food that makes me feel worse! UGGGGGH!

Don't be hard on yourself, everyone has these times including me. What's important is that you are on day 3 which means you got back on track. I also want results quickly and it does sometimes interfere with progress because it's so easy to get discouraged. Just stay positive, you can do it. I'm on day 2 and this is my second time around too. Good luck to you.
