so today is my first official day going to the gym....and i am back on the beach...focusing on eating right...i slipped a little the past 2 days...but im back on track now...im going to try and @ least go the the gym every other day..not just 3x a week.... and then on off days do a little 10 min wrk out from my tapes. im still trying to decide what food i want to add back in as far as phase 2 goes.... something i miss is pasta...i did byt the wheat pasta...but im not sure...but im going to do the one food a day for a week to see how my body reacts to it...im going to do that on monday...ill do phase 1 for the rest of thee week ...to make up for the slip ups ive had these past 2 days. ....
