porridge with banana, cherries, cocoa powder etc etc. Quite heavy - 570 ckal but very filling too

Pretty as a picture too. That would keep me going all day, I'm going to have a go at that tomorrow morning with my porridge. I'll post a pic and see what you reckon

Thank you! You're right, porridge is one of the best breakfasts for that I think. I had used about the same ingredients the day before to make granola, but after eating it I wasn't nearly as full even if anount of kcals was the same.
