Giving a go at not counting calories anymore...had a "bad" start 2 weekends ago and have been getting back on track this past weekend. I found that practicing my routine of yoga and a healthy filling breakfast is really the key for me to be positive and consistent throughout the day, so will stick to that! Will see how it goes 😊

Snack idea: little gem lettuce with peanut butter, mango and sriracha sauce. Nice combination for my weird taste :)
