I've started walking and to my surprise, my feet seem no more painful than usual by bedtime. I still need a walking stick as my balance is not all it should be, but that's cool, at least I'm out I'm out of the house and moving.
My right wrist is still sore, which stops me from drumming or rowing or doing dumbbells, but at least I can get my heart rate elevated walking.
I've upped the distance over the last week and today reached my first goal, which was to walk to my little suburban shopping centre and back. It has a little IGA supermarket, a bakery, my pharmacist and my GP, so it's great to be able to do the walk there and back.
